What is AetherShift?

AetherShift is a focused Windows application for browsing and applying supported cosmetic configurations in Path of Exile 2 during your session.

Is AetherShift publicly available?

Not yet. Early Access infrastructure, licensing and the controlled release path are currently being prepared. The official Discord is the only place to follow verified availability updates.

Which game launchers are supported?

AetherShift is being prepared for both Steam and the official Path of Exile launcher on Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Which cosmetic categories are currently supported?

Current coverage includes character effects, character skins, weapon effects, portal effects, cursor customization and MTX items with multiple tiers.

Will I need to restart the game for every change?

Supported changes are designed to be applied without restarting the game for each selection. Compatibility may evolve as Path of Exile 2 receives updates.

Where will the official client be distributed?

Only through the controlled Aether Exile release path when access opens. Do not trust downloads, mirrors or clients shared by third parties.
